Ajay Kumar

Director, SAP HANA Solutions

Ajay brings with him high level of technical expertise to lead and drive complex SAP transformations – through implementing latest SAP technologies or re-inventing extensive legacy technologies and business processes. He has extensive experience in providing expert advice, insights and solutions related to EDW and BI analytics in the areas of SAP HANA, BW and BI.

In his capacity as a ‘Director, SAP HANA Solutions’, Ajay provides technical leadership on SAP cloud optimization, HANA, S4/HANA, SAP HANA migrations, quality control and security.

Prior to his current role, Ajay had been a part of the SAP HANA COE delivery team at SAP America, where he provided subject matter expertise and support on the BW on HANA migration project for clients across multiple industries including Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Storage and transportation and Public Sector. He has accumulated deep understanding of HANA architecture and its capabilities and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and stabilizing the HANA environment by working closely with hardware partners, technical teams and SAP support team.

Ajay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Sandeep Singh

Director, Enterprise Architecture

As a Director, Enterprise Architecture, Sandeep is responsible for defining, planning, design and implementation of clients’ enterprise architecture. He combines sound business and technical expertise to formulate architecture mission and roadmaps that guide the development of technology services aligned with client’s multi-year business transformation goals.

Sandeep possesses a deep understanding of many disciplines – across DevOps, middleware platforms, DR, databases, virtualization, servers, storage and cloud computing. He understands today’s technology landscapes and industry trends and offers expert advice on the acquisition and integration of latest technologies into the current IT ecosystem.

With his excellent planning, management and leadership skills, Sandeep has led global teams in delivering key business technology strategic solutions that have resulted in improved operational effectiveness, reduced cost and improved profit / revenue for organizations in various domains. He has a vast experience in selecting the right solutions and working hand in hand with a team of solution architects, development and QA to design an outstanding architecture portfolio.

Sandeep pursued his education from esteemed institutions such as Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi), Indian Institute of Management (IIM Kozhikode) and Villanova University.

Ajay Todimala

Senior Vice President, IT Strategy & Innovation

Dr. Ajay Todimala brings with him years of international experience in delivering IT Strategy excellence. With deep expertise across business, operational and IT functions, Ajay has been instrumental in identifying and creating growth opportunities and launch IT initiatives to drive innovation and business growth.

With his experience in leading transforming business solutions to organizations across the globe, Dr. Ajay Todimala has co-authored many patents, publishing numerous research publications in the areas of network engineering, making him a well-respected authority on this subject. Ajay Kumar held important positions in esteemed organizations such as Cisco and AT&T.

Ajay earned his PhD in Computer Science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Bhaskar Upadhyayula

Vice President, Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap

Bhaskar has extensive experience in managing a large portfolio of interactive and digital projects. He has helped many clients launch highly successful initiatives across the digital landscape and develop elegant technology solutions. Bhaskar possesses a deep knack of understanding the competitive landscape and integrating emerging digital technologies such as social, mobile, analytics and cloud.

With his unwavering focus to help clients go all digital, Bhaskar’s key role is to develop compelling digital strategy, digital business models and digital transformation strategy. His expertise in visualizing needs of a customer helps organizations strategize their digital efforts in the right direction – to drive exceptional business growth and achieve operational efficiency. In addition, he works with various new and matured technologies, constantly upgrading Cloud10Tec’s technology toolkit, making us ready to serve customers’ every unique need.

Bhaskar pursued his bachelor’s degree at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Guwahati) and holds a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

Phanidhar Juttiga

Director, e-Commerce Strategy & Implementation

Phanidhar draws on more than 15 years of experience in delivering consulting and implementation excellence in enterprise wide eCommerce solutions. His areas of expertise also extend to Banking, Healthcare & Insurance verticals.

Phanidhar has extensive experience in managing complex eCommerce initiatives and driving full-lifecycle implementations using different frameworks like SAP Hybris and WebSphere Commerce for B2B and B2C clients. In his role as Director of eCommerce strategy and implementation, Phanidhar is responsible for establishing eCommerce Strategy, Architecture and Roadmap to support client’s strategic objectives.

He is also responsible for building eCommerce Center of Excellence and practice competencies to spearhead development of world-class digital capabilities to drive business growth and further customer engagement. Phanidhar excels in providing strategic leadership to cross-functional teams as well as collaborating with client’s strategic development partners.
